"Just not really my style"
To be fair, I know this might just come down to personal taste, but most of the stuff looks really plain and boxy to me lately. The colors feel a bit dull, the fits don’t seem quite right, and the site doesn’t make it easy to get a good look at the details. Overall, I just wasn’t that impressed.

"Good values, but a little pricey"
I really like that Finisterre seems to care about the materials they use and offers repairs too. It doesn’t feel like they’re just saying the right things, it actually feels genuine. I’m taking one star off though because some of the stuff is definitely on the expensive side.

"I paid extra for quick delivery..."
I paid extra for quick delivery, and it still showed up more than a week late. The tracking barely changed the whole time, so I kept having to check it and chase things up myself, which was just extra work I didn’t need. Customer service basically told me to wait, which didn’t help much. The items seem nice enough, but the shipping experience was such a pain that I probably wouldn’t order again...

"Slow replies and not much help"
I had to chase them a couple of times about my order, and the replies took ages to come back (which just made the whole thing more frustrating). When they did respond, it didn’t really feel like they were giving me much help or any clear answer.
I know things can go wrong sometimes, and I’m usually understanding, but this felt like nobody was that interested in sorting it out. I expected better, and I don’t think I’ll be shopping there again...

"Comfy, but not my everyday pick"
Feels really soft and easy to throw on, but the fit was a little weird on me. Sleeves are long and it rides up now and then. Still comfy, just not something I’d reach for every day...

"Kind of confirmed my doubts"
I had a feeling this jacket might not live up to the hype, it kind of proved me right. After just two washes it started pilling, and the zipper feels cheap. For the price, I really expected it to hold up better.

"Still waiting on a refund"
I returned the item, but my refund still hasn’t shown up. It’s frustrating because this feels like something that should’ve been avoidable with better processing or communication.

"Good fit, sleeves are a little too long"
Overall, it fits well, so that’s fine, totally fine. The only thing is the sleeves are a bit longer than I expected on me, but I can live with it...

"Not the best when the weather turns"
I got soaked quickly using this in bad weather. There’s just something about it that doesn’t seem to hold up well when it’s really coming down.
